Christmas 2022 Deadlines
All delivery services are experiencing delays in service, so we cannot guarantee Christmas deliveries. We recommend ordering by the following dates for the best chance at getting your order before Christmas.
USPS First Class Shipping / Free Ground Shipping : December 15th
USPS Priority Mail Shipping: Dececember 18th
Orbit Candle will be closed December 23rd through December 28th. Orders placed during that time will begin shipping out December 29th.

Orders may take an extra day or two to ship out, and note that delays may happen en-route with every shipping company that are out of our control. Free Shipping on All Domestic Orders over $50
All orders to the U.S. $50 and over before tax are eligible for free ground shipping. If you choose free shipping for your order, we will ship your package via USPS, UPS or FedEx at our discretion at no cost. We also offer expedited shipping at actual cost. You can see the cost of expedited shipping options during checkout. If your order is below $50, you may choose ground or expedited shipping. Shipping price will depend on the weight of the order and it is automatically calculated at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
All un-burned candles are eligible for returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Visit our Returns Page for more information
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Most orders placed before 2pm Eastern Time are shipped out within one to two business days, and we strive to ship out all orders either on the same day or the following business day. Please note that during periods of high volume, such as the holiday season, it may take longer. Orders placed on the weekend normally ship out the following Monday or Tuesday.
When Will My Order Be Delivered?
Once prepared for shipping, orders are shipped via USPS Ground or UPS Ground unless an expedited method is chosen. Most Ground orders arrive in 2-4 days depending on how far you are from our shop. Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number and information about your shipment.
Do You Ship Internationally
We currently only ship to the United States. We are hoping to add international shipping in the future.
Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes, we will send your order via USPS in order to ship to your P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.
